Welcome to Harper Cosmetics! Harper Cosmetics started in 2023 and was originally called Harper W Cosmetics but was re-branded to Harper Cosmetics in 2024. Harper Miller ( Founder & CEO ), started her company because she didn't feel like the beauty industry supported beauty being on the inside, not the out. So, she wanted to do it herself. Since 2023, Harper has done amazing things with her brand. Harper was featured on the Vegas Kids Zone, Vegas family insider for January of 2026. That changed Harper Cosmetics. Harper is stepping things up with her brand, and letting people know that this is a real company, not a " Hobby". Harper is competeing for Jr. teen Nevada united world 2026.
